PULTRUSION

Pultrusion is a continuous process for manufacturing fiber/resin profiles with a constant cross-section and unidirectional reinforcements combining the advantages of high rigidity

mass gain and high dimensional stability.

Carbon / Epoxy profiles: 2 to 4 times more than aluminum for the same weight. Good resistance to aging and wear.

Dimensional stability (coefficient of thermal expansion approximately equal to 0) and good resistance to external agents.

ROUND GLASS / EPOXY RING

Good strength/stiffness ratio. Resistance : 2 to 4 times > Aluminium for equal weight.

Good resistance to aging and wear.

Very low thermal expansion coefficient and good electrical insulation.

Good resistance to scratches and mechanical attacks - Sold in 1 or 2 meters length.
